Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

Under UK law, if you are a consumer (not buying as a business), you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This is known as the cooling-off period.

To cancel, you must contact us by email bethan@mrsmcgregorshook.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s). You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return, unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Digital downloads

2. How to Return an Item

If you’d like to return an item, please:

  1. Contact us first at bethan@mrsmcgregorshook.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Send the item(s) back in unused, resaleable condition within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. We do not refund original postage costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
